Justin, thanks for your show. I’ve been listening for a few months now, almost every day. Your content is really helpful and I appreciate your vulnerability in sharing your take away from each episode. A few suggestions: If it’s too much work reading every day, then don’t! You can change your podcast to suit your needs. After all, if reading daily doesn’t ultimately create an optimal life for you, then you shouldn’t do it. The “Daily” in Optimal Living Daily could be understood as your content helping people in their daily lives not necessarily you reading your podcast every single day. Sometimes it sounds borderline like you’re whining about the work it takes and I’m sure you don’t want to come across that way. You’ve got a good thing going here. Be confident of that. Read as often as works best for you. (If I was you, I’d probably only read M-F and definitely not on holidays!). Thanks so much!
Thank you for the feedback and kind words, Krista. I want to assure you that while it’s a lot of work, it’s not too much, and because it started as a way for me to work on my social anxiety and try to have a more optimized life, doing it daily is my way of sticking with that vision. Reading one post a day is a way for me to keep that habit and continue working on improving myself while helping others, too, even if I might not feel like it. I have good days and bad like everyone else, but I don’t want to break that habit, if that makes sense. But I hear what you’re saying and I greatly appreciate you listening and sharing your thoughts. It means a lot!
