[00:02:10] Imagine the power of the subconscious. The subconscious mind is always active, regulating the automatic functions of our body. It's also responsible for encoding our emotional responses into our cellular memory. This process determines our motivation and shapes our behavior, our thought
[00:02:28] patterns, and our habits. So if you want to change your behavior and create daily habits for success, you have to start communicating more effectively with your subconscious mind. It's that simple. Here are three of our favorite techniques to help you on your path to reprogramming your brain
[00:02:48] for goal achievement in all areas of your life. 1. Practice creative visualization to prime your brain to make big moves. Cognitive priming techniques like visualization, meditation, self-reflection, and mindfulness help stimulate new positive neural pathways. Your unconscious
