We're going to try something I call the Silence Challenge.

[00:01:14] I'll talk for just a couple of minutes and then I'll go quiet and stay quiet for about 10. No guidance, no voice in your ear. Just you and your walk and whatever shows up. For a lot of us that's harder than it sounds. The quiet can feel a little uncomfortable at first.

[00:01:44] So all I want you to do is this. Keep walking at whatever pace feels natural and simply pay attention to your steps, to your breath, to the world moving past you.

[00:02:05] When your mind wanders off, and it will, that's completely fine. Just notice that it wandered and gently bring yourself back to the walk. You don't have to do this perfectly. There's nothing to achieve and nowhere to get to. The silence isn't empty. It's full of things you usually move too fast to notice.
