I loved this podcast, it’s so true. As the parent of two teenagers, they need more practical classes in school, how to write a check, open a bank account, use a budget, even doing laundry and cooking a meal. The schools in out area no longer teach cursive handwriting, so my kids don’t have a signature. We raised our kids to be very independent and self sufficient, but they struggle with the value of money, one is a spender and one is a saver 🙂 Thank you for reading about current issues that make a difference !
You’re very welcome, and thanks for sharing! I couldn’t agree more.
