20g of protein in one sitting, the rest will go to pee and poop? Really? I mean do you really have a PhD? So, I can eat 2000kcal of protein per sitting and not putting on fat? 🙂 I reckon I should stop listening your podcast
He literally says, “If you are consuming more than that, especially through supplements, your body won’t use it and will either excrete it through your urine, OR CONVERT IT TO FAT.” Did you stop listening in the middle of the sentence?
Sorry, I really missed the second part, may be cause of my mind just stopped listening after the first part of the sentence. But, still this sentence is incorrect, first, cause energy from protein will be also used towards daily energy expenditure. Second, what does it mean “at a time”, at a second, at a minute, at a meal?
The phrase itself “body can only absorb 20g of protein at a time” is incorrect, irrespective of the second part. Do you have any link to studies to prove it?
Sorry, once again if my reply sounded rude.
